The 32nd General Assembly adopted a position regarding the regulations put forth by the Department of Health and Human Services on February 15, 2012 under the 2010 Affordable Care Act.
The position document with a cover letter has been mailed to all U.S. Senators and Congress Representatives. It will also be mailed to EPC church ministers and clerks of session during the week of July 9.
