EPC’s World Outreach is seeking an Associate Director to serve at the Office of the General Assembly in Livonia, Mich. The growing World Outreach ministry currently supports 139 global workers (and their families) in 25 countries around the world. The 2013 budget for this ministry exceeded $3.3 million.

The ideal applicant would be an elder in an EPC church, in full agreement with the EPC Essentials of Faith, and whose daily life gives abundant evidence of that agreement. In addition, he or she would have rich experience in managing teams and designing processes. Other expectations are strong evangelism and disciple-making experience, cross-cultural communication skills, and willingness to maintain a moderate travel schedule (mostly domestic, some international).
