World Outreach seeks Associate Director

World Outreach is seeking an Associate Director to serve at the Livonia, Mich., office of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC). The growing World Outreach ministry currently supports 139 global workers (and their families) in 25 countries around the world. The 2013 budget for this ministry exceeded $3.3 million.

The ideal applicant would be an elder in an EPC Church, in full agreement with the EPC Essentials of Faith, and whose daily life gives abundant evidence of that agreement. In addition he or she would have rich experience in managing teams, designing processes, evangelism and disciple-making, cross-cultural communication, and be willing to maintain a moderate travel schedule (mostly domestic, some international).
