General Assembly Meeting Reminders – June 17-21, 2014 – Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church, Knoxville, Tennessee
- Be sure to register for the 34th General Assembly meeting this month. Fees double on June 1.
- Did you block more rooms at a hotel than your delegation needs? Please release them as soon as you know, because others are looking for rooms. Before contacting the hotel, please notify Sandy Milis (sandy.milis@epc.org / 734-838-6946) at the General Assembly Office. Sandy is keeping a list of people looking for rooms.
- Ruling Elders: be sure to follow the two step process for registration.
- Be sure your Clerk of Session has sent in your name on the Commissioner Certification Form, showing that you have been elected by your Session as a Commissioner.
- Complete the program registration at www.epcga.org by May 31.
